- Tracking and updating contact information
- Tracking applications from new galleries
- Compiling an internal newsletter
- Social Media
- Updating and posting on Facebook, Twitter, other platforms
- Growing the Facebook membership
- Updating and posting on our website
- Fundraising and Sponsorship
- Producing and distributing sponsorship applications
- Tracking applications and donations
- Researching potential sponsors
- Researching potential grants
- First Friday 23rd Street Event
- Assisting with the coordination and outreach of craft/art vendors
- Outreach to community and art groups to participate at the event on First Fridays
- Helping to direct and guide people throughout the district at First Fridays and enforcing the guidelines of the event
- Documenting the event with video and photography
