Robert Nance is an American guitarist, composer, and producer creating immersive sonic cocoons through the use of guitars, synthesizers, electronics, and field recordings. Drawing inspiration from Tobias Tovera‘s work, Nance invites the audience to contemplate how art and music affects the experience of time passing, bringing them into the present moment.

Robert Nance has graced the stages of Lincoln Center, the Kennedy Center, and SFMOMA. His debut solo album a musical offering, premiered in May of 2020. As a founding member of Mobius Trio, he champions new forms of guitar music from disparate backgrounds. His website is robertnancemusic.com
